Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are processed and dispatched by our fulfillment partners within 48 hours of purchase.

Delivery time Standard delivery typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on your location. While many orders arrive sooner, please allow the full window before reaching out about a delayed delivery.

Bundle & multi-item orders If you purchase the SafeStride Complete Set (harness + leash) or order multiple items together, your items may ship separately from different fulfillment partners and arrive on different days. You'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment as it ships — this is normal and expected, not an error.

Shipping cost We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.

Delays outside our control Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist with any delivery concerns at support@safestridepets.com.
