Return & Refund Policy
Returns We want you and your dog to be happy with your SafeStride gear. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:
Damaged, defective, or wrong item received If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at support@safestridepets.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship the item back.
Wrong size If your harness doesn't fit as expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo showing the fit issue, and we'll send the correct size at no charge. No need to return the original.
Changed your mind Since our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, we're currently unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect items. We stand by the quality of what we sell — please reach out with any concerns before ordering if you have questions about sizing or fit.
Processing time Refunds and replacement requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
